Lex Roulor's Tattoo Shop in Siem Reap is now open!

After several weeks of working hard to settle the parlor, everything's finished at last!  The shop is already creating a buzz in the city...  Two weeks ago, Michael Sloan, a journalist from the Phnom Penh Post came to chat and learn a bit more about the shop.  A few days later I was in the paper!  Check the article online on the Phnom Penh Post's website.

After several weeks in Siem Reap, Cambodia, spent settlin' down, findin' a house in which to set down the bags for a while, puttin' things together, sortin' out visas and spendin' what seems like a tonne of money on too many things...  Well, this is it: The time has come to make my tattoo machines stop seeing 3 different countries a month, and to find their own place on a nice comfy shelf in a proper shop!

Yes, I found a location!  In a great place, in Siem Reap, Downtown, in the very centre of its beating heart.  So, in something like two weeks, I eventually open "Lexroulor's Angkor Tattoo Shop", the one and only Siem Reap Tattoo Shop to be run by a Westerner!

I'll be settling my machines and ink in the X Rooftop Bar, a place with a unique vibe on top of the city roofs, with a magnificent view over the whole town.  What's in store up there?  Loud rock music from 4pm to dawn, free pool tables and table football, a giant screen and spotlights, blastin' jam session every Wednesday, open air bar, coconut roof, skate board half pipe connected to the sky, and a tiny tattoo shop in the middle of it all...

Work starts today, and the place will be totally ready in two weeks.  The concept: A great little studio in absolute sync with the bar's universe, with a massive see-through window to have a glance at who's gettin' inked, and other surprises...  So if you want to kick back, AND get a great tattoo uniquely and specially designed just for you, well, DO NOT HESITATE.  This is THE place you want to visit in Siem Reap.

To find it - s’easy, walk down Pub Street, in the middle of town, raise your eyes, and spot the massive lit-up X in the great Siem Reap night sky!
